Established in 1978, Space Coast Runners (SCR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting fitness through running and walking within the Brevard County community. Boasting a membership exceeding 1,000 individuals, SCR ranks among Florida's largest running organizations. We are a proud chapter of the Road Runners Club of America.

Annually, Space Coast Runners presents the Runner of the Year Series. Notably, the ROY Series features three signature events: the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon, Space Coast Classic 15K & 2 Mile and the Eye of the Dragon 10K & Tail of the Lizard 2 Mile.
